Is am going to be talking to a group of team leaders about the importance of keeping Quality and Risk at the forefront of ther mind as they make decisions about new policies and procedures. Does anyone have a group activity / game to help bring a little fun to an interaction like this?

This is an activity I've used in the past that works very well:

1. Divide into 4 teams. Each team selects a leader/facilitator for the activity
2. Each team is assigned one of the four quadrants of SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats)
3. Teams brainstorm and record issues that fit into their assigned SWOT quadrant
4. Debrief is performed by the team leader

The great thing about this activity is that it can actually be used to meet the requirements of clause 4.1 of ISO 9001 (and other standards based on ISO 9001)
