The 4P model of lean organizational development focuses on Purpose, People, Process and Problem-Solving. These pillars, while critical to the development of a high-performance organization, can be challenging to build and sustain. Luckily, there is an opportunity to leverage modern digital tools in support of lean manufacturing.
In this 60-minute webcast, Toyota Way co-author Mike Hoseus will share insight from decades of experience managing Operations and Human Resources at Toyota Motor Company. The audience will learn best practices for developing people, solving problems and more.

Door Prize: Starting in July 2024 meeting, we are doing a door prize each meeting. A random number is selected from the people attending the Webinar Meeting.
