Bio

Hooked on the promise to “Be All You Can Be” since my service in the Army, I have spent my career driving change, developing leaders, and delivering results. My professional experience spans roles from Software Quality Analyst to Project Manager, Change Management Consultant, Vice President of Corporate Development, and Management Consultant. As a Prosci® Certified Change Management Consultant and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I equip leaders and teams with practical tools to navigate transformation and reach higher levels of performance and engagement.

I have been a senior member of ASQ since 1995, beginning my volunteer service as a newsletter editor for the Dallas Section. Since then, I have held multiple leadership positions, including six years as Region Director for the West North Central Region and more than a decade of service on the ASQ Voice of the Customer Committee, where I currently serve as Chair. In 2026, I was elected to the ASQ Board of Directors. Through these roles, I have developed and delivered training programs focused on business planning, member engagement, performance excellence, and integrating member needs into organizational planning and execution. My work has consistently centered on championing the voice of the customer while empowering leaders to align their efforts with ASQ’s mission and drive sustainable community success.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, an MBA, and a mini-master’s degree in project management. I remain committed to advancing ASQ’s mission by empowering members, strengthening communities, and building lasting value.
