- FIT: An independent network and community of practice for federal employees focused on Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) across the U.S. Federal Government. Our vision is to help the federal government learn how to work smarter.
FIT offers monthly Lunch and Learn engagements with speakers who provide a variety of learning opportunities ranging from sharing organization process improvement structure, status, and experiences to traditional topic and tool lessons. Our community offers peer-to-peer engagement for information sharing. We also have opportunities for volunteers within our working committees: Learning and Development, Partnership, and Communications. All of this supports the FIT's mission of instilling confidence in the practice of continuous process improvement by delivering high quality resources and facilitating collaborative opportunities that improve efficiency and effectiveness of federal government operations.
