Join us as Magno Couto shares information on an improvement project for final inspection at PALFINGER.  He will discuss the reason the project was selected, the approach the team took, how the project was monitored and the decision for how to improve the process.

Magno will guide us through the project from beginning through completion including improvement results, benefits, challenges and obstacles encountered.
