Poka Yoke, a Japanese term meaning "mistake-proofing," is a crucial concept in quality management and manufacturing. This presentation will delve into the principles and applications of Poka Yoke, exploring how simple design features can prevent errors, improve processes, and enhance overall product quality.

During this presentation, we will review the origins and evolution of Poka Yoke, cover the core principles and techniques of mistake-proofing, and discuss some typical examples. If you are already familiar with this technique, please be ready to share your experiences. If you are dealing with recurring mistakes, feel free to bring those examples as well. We plan to conclude the session with an open discussion on real-world issues.
