As part of our quality and compliance initiatives, we continue to emphasize the importance of “back to basics.” As a component of this initiative, we will provide an overview of Internal, Supplier, and Customer Audits. This session will cover the preparation process for these audits, management strategies employed during audits, process for effectively closing audits, and lessons learned.
These audits are instrumental in fortifying your processes, guaranteeing product quality, and sustaining trust with both internal and external customers and partners. Your active participation and unwavering commitment to these updates are pivotal in propelling your sustained success. This presents an opportune moment for anyone aspiring to deepen their understanding of quality auditing principles, whether you are a newcomer to the subject or simply seeking a refresher.
Our esteemed presenters, boasting a collective experience of 90 years in the field of Quality, will commence the program with a succinct overview of the three pivotal audits. Subsequently, the presentation will transition into a collaborative discussion, inviting your inquiries and contributions.
