What to Expect:
This presentation will provide a high-level overview of the ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards as well as a discussion of the benefits and risks of integrated management systems. Given that the most recent ISO management system standards have implemented the same high-level structure for easier integration of an organization’s management system, company leadership has several integration options which will be discussed. The advantages of integrated management systems include streamlined procedures and continual improvement, reduced cost and time, and increased consistency in business processes.

About the Speaker:
Susan Knowles-Berry has more than 30 years of experience implementing, maintaining and improving Quality, Environmental, and OH&S Management Systems based on the ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Standards. As a senior consultant for ETI Group USA, Susan works with clients to develop and implement ISO-related management systems with a focus on integrated systems. As a trained internal auditor, Susan conducts both management system and compliance internal audits. In addition, she develops and facilitates public and customized ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 overview and internal auditor training. Prior to joining ETI Group, Susan worked for a variety of companies in manufacturing and corporate settings in training, quality, and EHS management positions.
