Description: In the spirit of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Walbridge has introduced our newest innovation engine: The WIN Station! This replaced the previous systems and tools used. Based on the belief that we are BUILT TO BE BETTER TOGETHER, the success of the WIN Station is rooted in both Innovation and Inclusive Excellence.
What does Innovation mean to Walbridge? Innovation happens whenever we consider and/or apply creative solutions to new or existing problems. Therefore, innovation is happening within many aspects of our Enterprise today. There are times when an idea or new concept comes to us, but we’re just not sure how to apply it at Walbridge. In either scenario, we want to hear about it! Often the most fruitful ‘innovations’ come from simple thoughts/ideas that are developed over time through collaboration and further research and development.
Why Inclusive Excellence for Innovation? “Inclusivity, Ethically Culturally & Socially” is one of the tenets of Walbridge’s THRIVE initiative. Our innovation program could not exist without inclusive excellence being at the foundation of the innovation program. Everyone’s ideas and perspectives are needed to effectively innovate and improve. We are intentionally seeking the ideas of EVERY innovator in the Walbridge Enterprise.

Inclusive excellence requires a comprehensive, cohesive and collaborative alignment of infrastructure, resources and actions”
