In the Tutorial, Mr. Shefka will discuss how to embed Continuous Improvement into the culture of your organization.
Jacob Shefka MBA, CSSYB serves as the Senior Channel Manager at ASQ. He has worked at ASQ for ten years, specializing in organizational development.
