Robert is a member of ISO/TC 176/SC 2/WG 29 “Revision of ISO 9001” and is the current SC2 past chairmen for U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to ISO Technical Committee (TC) 176 – Quality Management and Quality Assurance standards. He is also a member of Project Committee (PC) 302 – Auditing standard 19011. Robert served as lead U.S technical expert on ISO 9004:2018.
He is also an active member of the US positions on interpretations related to ISO 9001 and serves on the committee that develops future concept papers.
