Steve Ross - Speaker Bios–
Steve, over the past 24 years has been a quality management professional at Toyota Tsusho America Inc. (TAI)
Some of the Key relevant activities he was involved in during this time were:
Conducted comprehensive audits, collaborated on quality strategies, and regular engagement with Suppliers.
Led training programs to educate employees on quality standards at TAI and audited suppliers.
Led TAI team to become first US Manufacturing Facility to achieve IATF 16949:2016 certification.
Held several positions in the company and retired recently as Senior Quality Specialist.
Steve has been also very active in ASQ Lexington section 0911 for several years as member and currently on the Section Leadership Committee.
