I'm interested in taking the course but I'm curious why we aren't utilizing the ASQ CSSBB handbook instead of the Indiana Council
According to the instructor:
The ASQ CSSBB Handbook is an excellent source for exam prep, and if you learn better from a book that has a more textbook feel, you might utilize the ASQ Handbook. I share with the class that I used it to supplement my exam preparation several years ago. We've found that the design and layout of the Quality Council of Indiana primer is more effective to use as a teaching tool, the examples are easier to follow for those not already familiar with the topics and terminology, and it follows the ASQ body of knowledge very precisely.
