In this webinar, we share the journey of the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training program as it evolved to virtual delivery. We share the agile approach used and the adult learning principles that guided the redesign effort. Lastly, we share thoughts of next steps to meet the business need.
About the Presenters:
Azizeh Elias Constantinescu is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 23 years of experience across research and development, chemical manufacturing, mortgage, insurance, and the product testing/inspection/certification sectors. For the past 14 years, she has supported UL on its lean transformation and acts as a change agent and internal consultant within the enterprise. Constantinescu has helped to train and certify hundreds of LSS practitioners. She is the author of two books: “The Art and Science of Applied Lean for Operations—Lean Sigma Practice Beyond Certification” and “Applied Lean for Operations : Process Design and Development Methodology. The Anatomy & Physiology of Process”.
Newton Moore (Newt) has over 20 years of delivering learning strategies and designs for large global and small not-for-profit organizations. His current focus is cognitive technologies such as chatbots, semantic search, and other machine learning-enabled tools.
