We are looking to print and post our emergency preparedness process documents within our different breakrooms. This would be multiple documents and we want to include a “you are here” marker on the different printouts based on the breakroom locations.
I've never encountered this situation before and unsure how to procedure to ensure we maintain ISO 14001 and 9001 guidelines. My original thought was to updated our existing controlled procedures but then they requested the “you are here” which will make it different than the controlled electronic copy. Would this be a compliance issue? Would it be acceptable to have multiple copies with the “you are here” differences?
