We had 62 attending the program with the presentation receiving positive feedback. New Year Greetings January 2025- With the closure of 2024, our Phoenix Section Chair Hilary Werner has passed the “baton” to me as the new Section Chair as she assumes new duties at the ASQ Regional level. As for myself, I’ve been a member of first ASQC, joining in 1986, and then obtaining Senior Member and the certifications of CQA and CQE in 1996, and CQM (now CMQ/OE) in early 1997 - just before we changed our name to ASQ. Although I’ve been in the Quality profession for over 40 years, 20 in senior management, I grew up in Quality as my father was a Fellow of ASQC, a CQE and CQA, and a PE in Quality Engineering. Click on the "Library" tab, and scroll down the menu to "Program Videos". Select the desired video. Earn RUs by watching the presentation in full, then emailing the Section VOC Chair along with the title and date of the recording and at least one takeaway from the video requesting an RU Certificate. *The name and contact of our current VOC Chair is provided on our myASQ Community home page.
