ASQ Phoenix Section Message from the Chair December 2025

Greetings All -

Thanks to all who attended the November Program “Celebrate World Quality Month“ with Jennifer Stepniowski - an ASQ Fellow with nearly three decades of experience providing quality solutions to a number of industries. We had 56 attending the Program with the Presentation receiving positive feedback.  This and past Program recordings can be found in the “Library” on the Phoenix Section page of myASQ.

This month’s Program on Dec 11th @ 6pm MST (PDT) is “AI Essentials for Quality Leaders“ with Rick Hefner, PhD, Executive Director, Center for Technology and Management Education, California Institute of Technology. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt with over 40 years of data-driven systems-improvement experience. He has guided over 20 Fortune 500 organizations through transformations that link quality management to strategic value.

When you can, please review our ASQ Phoenix Monthly One Page Lessons (OPL) designed to support your knowledge and efforts in using quality and process improvement tools. These are available in the myASQ Phoenix Section “Blog”.

ASQ Phoenix Section is seeking members to volunteer for positions on the 2026 Section Leadership Committee. These are appointed positions, 1-year, renewable terms.
