Bio: Ronald J. Kelley, PhD, ASQ CSSBB, is the founder of Green Gap Solutions. He has over 25 years of experience in innovation, process improvement, and risk management for government and corporate clients. He is a serial entrepreneur and now trains and mentor's new startup companies through the Missouri University of Science and Technology and the National Science Foundation (NSF). Recently, he has been actively involved in learning and evangelizing AI technologies such as ChatGPT in quality, with a focus on problem-solving and data analysis.
