The United States Technical Advisory Group (USTAG) for TC 176 Quality Management and quality assurance disseminated the draft international standard of ISO 9001 DIS for commentary from TAG participating members on August 29, 2025. Govind has conducted a comprehensive review of the document, identifying all modifications, particularly those of significant consequence to our organizations and our suppliers. This presentation will delineate the key changes, his observations, anticipated implementation challenges, and the prospective benefits for organizations. Subsequent to the DIS stage, the standard will proceed to an additional phase of commentary and balloting for Final Draft International Standards (FDIS). The projected publication date for this standard is September 2026. We encourage your attendance to gain an early understanding of the standard's content and developmental trajectory.
