In this presentation, Kush Shah will discuss the next generation of problem solving
(Problem Solving X.0) which integrates various methodologies drives best results in problem solving, Kush has spent over ten years in developing and refining this integrated problem solving approach that focuses on utilizing the right tools from any of the methodologies to solve the problems most effectively and efficiently. Kush will share real world case studies where this integrated approach of problem solving been successfully applied to solve problems in planning, engineering, manufacturing, service and many other areas for companies of all sizes.

problems. Over last 30 years, Kush has worked on over 300+ problem solving projects in sales, marketing, planning, engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, after-sales that has resulted in over $1 Billion cost savings / avoidance.
He has served in many leadership positions at the ASQ including Director on the ASQ Board of Directors, the Chair of Automotive Division and the Chair of Detroit Section. Kush holds many certifications including Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Design for Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Shainin Red X Master, Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence, Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Biomedical Auditor.
Kush is CEO of Global Organizational Excellence Solutions LLC that provides training / consulting services in problem solving and quality management in various industries that have resulted in a significant improvement in performance and customer experience. He received many awards including Lean Six Sigma Award from Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM) Society International and Subir Chowdhury Medal of Quality Leadership – Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
