Objectives: Thursday 8/06 – replaces PDM for just LC
• Commitment to the 2027 Goals
◦ Strong concept of the goal and the objective measurement of success
◦ Goal Owner commitment for any above
▪ if potential Owner not in attendance, follow-up action to get commitment
◦ Due Dates for the detail work to finalize goals and flush out metrics of success
▪ Utilize ASQ HQ Business Format for content
◦ Establish date (typically Aug LC Meeting) to have final LC Review and Approval
▪ Need to be prepared to submit to HQ by the due date in Sept
