Un webinaire en français avec Marlene Hutchinson
Partons ensemble à la découverte de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises, à travers des exemples concrets et des explications éclairées.
Cette formation/conférence permettra aux participants de bien comprendre ce qu’est la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE) et le développement durable. À la suite d’une introduction sur l’histoire des concepts, nous irons dans le vif du sujet avec des exemples concrets d’action à mettre en place. De plus, des explications sur les principales actions à mettre en place pour avoir une politique RSE sera abordé.
Il s’agit d’une formation initiale pour assimiler ces termes et avoir des outils pour intégrer des actions dans le quotidien des entreprises. La formation sera entrecoupée de session de réflexion en petits groupes.
Notre conférencière : Marlene Hutchinson détient un baccalauréat en psychologie et une maîtrise en environnement type recherche. Dès le début de ses études, elle s’est lancée avec conviction et engagement dans la cause. En 2005, Marlène lie donc officiellement sa vie professionnelle à l’environnement et fonde Evnia, une firme-conseil spécialisée en écofiscalité, avec l’intention de faire avancer la cause et avec toute la motivation de faire autrement et de changer les choses.
Elle est l’autrice de trois livres sur le sujet des matières résiduelles (Objectif zéro déchet, Vice caché sur la surconsommation et Vos déchets et vous, un guide publiés par Éditions MultiMondes) tout en étant chargée de cours au baccalauréat et à la maîtrise en environnement et directrice d’essai à l’Université de Sherbrooke. Aussi, elle participe depuis plusieurs années à titre de chroniqueuse ponctuelle pour l’émission l’Épicerie à Radio-Canada.

This training/conference will give participants a clear understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development. Following an introduction on the history of the concepts, we will get to the heart of the matter with concrete examples of actions to be put in place. In addition, the main actions to be taken to implement a CSR policy will be explained.
This is an initial training course to help you assimilate these terms and acquire the tools you need to integrate actions into your company's day-to-day operations. The course will be interspersed with brainstorming sessions in small groups.
Our speaker: Marlene Hutchinson has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in environmental research. Right from the start of her studies, she threw herself into the cause with conviction and commitment. In 2005, Marlene officially linked her professional life to the environment and founded Evnia, an environment compliance consulting firm, with the intention of advancing the cause and with the motivation to do things differently and make a difference.
She is the author of three books on the subject of residual materials (Objectif zéro déchet on zero waste, Vice caché on over-consumption et Vos déchets et vous, a guide published by Éditions MultiMondes), as well as being a lecturer at the bachelor's and master's levels in environmental studies and a test director at the Université de Sherbrooke. She has also been a regular contributor to the Radio-Canada programme l'Épicerie for a number of years.
