This groundbreaking effort by Tom Peters and Robert Waterman, Jr. was released in 1982 and sold three million copies in the first four years of print.  Widely hailed as a classic and influential book for leaders and managers, we will examine how well the lessons have stood the test of time by discussing the eight characteristics of excellent companies as determined in the book.  Join us for this interactive session as we’ll be creating an individual 30-day plan for excellence to use right away.

Chris Cinieri has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience and is currently a management consultant with Polaris MEP.  Within his role, he helps companies create, leverage, and audit Quality Management Systems, delivers effective leadership training, and facilitates strategic planning. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rhode Island College and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality where he serves on the local ASQ leadership team.
