This is an in-person joint meeting with RAPS, featuring the experience and expertise of Alexandra Williamson, Director of Quality Assurance for NeuroStar, and Geneva Bowman, Sr. Manager of Quality Operations at Janssen Pharmaceuticals.

Alexandra Williamson

As a seasoned Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Management Representative, Alexandra brings a dedicated focus on team development, mentorship, and collaboration to every aspect of her work. With a career marked by a commitment to excellence, she leverages her expertise in quality systems, global regulatory requirements, standards, and technology to drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Alexandra’s track record speaks volumes about her results-oriented approach. Over the years, she has successfully developed and sustained effective Quality Management Systems (QMS), leading teams in Quality, Regulatory, and Labeling functions. Notably, I've achieved MDSAP certification and implemented EN ISO 13485:2016+A11:2021 and EN ISO 14971:2019+A11:2021 standards. Her experience includes guiding organizations through the implementation of EU MDR 2017/745 regulations, demonstrating adaptability and expertise in navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Geneva Bowman

Geneva has more than 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ensuring compliance to ISO, state, federal and international regulations. She is the currently the Senior Manager for Quality Operations for Johnson & Johnson where she is responsible for leading quality oversight of commercial and clinical manufacturing activities. 

Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, she served as the QA Director for a network of laboratories, where she established and implemented the organization’s quality management system. She also spent close to 10 years as a 3rd party auditor, assessing laboratory testing facilities for compliance to both their internal and applicable external requirements. She started her career in quality in a biomedical research and testing organization where she supported both the GLP and GMP facilities.

 Geneva holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering (Drexel University) and an MS in Quality Assurance (California State University). She is also an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
