Process Management addresses the way individuals and teams deliver ongoing value, and Project Management addresses the way value is created by providing something new.

Do you have concerns or questions similar to:

  • How do we reduce variation and deviations in our process?

  • How do we ensure we are delivering value to our customers?

  • We have team members with different levels of knowledge and experience. How do we leverage everyone's skillset?

  • We need to improve our process. How do we determine what will add real value?

  • What is the most important part of a project manager's role?

Come and join the live discussion. We will explore similarities, differences, and some best practices and tools you can use to drive value from both projects and processes.
