Dinner and Presentation:  " AI in Quality Management: From Detection to Prediction". Presented by: Purvi Bhatt MBA, ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP

Is AI the future of Quality Management—or a risk to it?
Across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, aerospace, energy, consumer goods, finance, government, and technology, AI is already reshaping how quality risks are detected, prioritized, and prevented. This session shows how AI extends trusted tools such as SPC, FMEA, audits, and root cause analysis to move organizations from reactive defect detection to predictive quality management.

Built for experienced quality practitioners, the presentation tackles real-world implementation challenges—data quality, validation, bias, and governance—while demonstrating how AI fits within existing ISO and Six Sigma frameworks. Attendees will gain practical insight into where AI delivers value today and why quality professionals remain essential as validators, decision-makers, and stewards of trust across complex, regulated, and service-based environments.
