Presentation abstract:

Genichi Taguchi’s Design of Experiments (DOE) is a well-known Six Sigma tool used for reducing defects and optimizing processes, but usually you need a PhD and Supercomputer to manage the calculations. What if you and your team could easily create your own DOE on the production floor without all that fuss and just a little bit of household math? Come and join us, learn, and have fun at the same time. There will be food and we’ll be making paper airplanes. You can’t miss it!

Presenter Bio:

Michael Hart, Founder and CEO of HUMAN, has over 39 years experience in Quality Management and Organizational Excellence. He is a member of the National Board of Directors for the Canadian Public Sector Excellence Network (CPSEN), and Chair of the CPSEN Board Advisory Committee. Michael is also a Leader Member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Ottawa Valley Section and an ASQ Fellow with the designations Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CQMOE).
