David is a seasoned Director of HR Operations with over 35 years of experience within government, manufacturing, automotive, food, and oil sectors. He also served a 12-year tenure as a Royal Navy officer. A strategic and values-driven leader, he has a proven track record of managing resources effectively in constrained environments and leading complex cross-organizational projects. David excels in change management, deploying a broad spectrum of tools to iteratively improve initiatives and align teams for success. His recent work includes spearheading workforce strategies in response to global healthcare staffing crises and leading HR transformation projects through innovative technology and operations-based solutions.
