Bio: Dana Houston Jackson is an organizational change leader, executive coach, and business transformation consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations successfully implement complex change initiatives across industries including energy, utilities, technology, federal government, manufacturing, and construction.
She is the Founder and Managing Executive of Change – With a Coach Approach, LLC, where she helps organizations increase their ability to adopt and sustain change by combining organizational change management, leadership coaching, and practical implementation strategies. Dana holds master’s degrees in Organizational Change Leadership and Information Technology Instructional Design and is certified in multiple disciplines including PMP, Agile Change Management, Prosci Change Management, Scrum Master, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
Over the course of her career, Dana has delivered more than 220 change management workshops, advised top C-Level leadership around people change, provided hundreds of hours of executive coaching, led large-scale transformation initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, and established multiple project and change management offices. She is also a frequent conference speaker and author of award-winning white papers in the field of organizational change.
