Denver Section - Ronald McDonald House Volunteer Event

Join us at the ASQ Denver Section sponsored social responsibility event as we help families staying the the Ronald McDonald House in Aurora by volunteering to prepare and serve brunch. Volunteers will be setting up and serving brunch and cleaning up at the end of this event.

Take advantage of this opportunity to give back to our community, spend time with other quality professionals from the Denver region, and earn RU's applicable for ASQ recertification.

3-10 volunteers will be needed and all volunteers must be 14 years of age or older. Volunteers between 14-17 years of age must have a parent/guardian with them. Registration is required for volunteers 18 and older (see below for more registration information).

Upon completing registration, you will be contacted by Kelly Beasley, ASQ Denver Chair, who will be coordinating the menu.

Setup - 8:00 am - 9:00 am
Serve Brunch - 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Clean Up - 11:00 am - 11:30 am

All volunteers (18 and older) must sign up for the volunteer event before they arrive to our facility. Please follow these registration instructions:

1. Click here: http://asqdenver.rmhc-denver.volunteerhub.com/
2. Click on your reserved date on the calendar and then click SIGN UP.
3. Click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT where it says “Don’t have an account?”
4. Under the “Account” tab, create a username and password. Then click “Next.”
5. Under the “Join Code” tab, click “Next” to skip.
6. Under the “Affiliations” tab, only check the box that says “I’m interested in cooking a meal from scratch” 
7. Under the “Profile tab” please fill out all required information (with an asterisk). Click “Next” again.
8. Once you get to the “Complete” tab, you are not signed up yet! Click “Next” to get to our Confidentiality and Release of Liability waiver and our Photo Release waiver. All you will need to do is check two boxes saying you agree. Then click “Next” again to finish signing up.
9. You will receive an email confirming you are signed up. If you did not receive an email, you will need to go back in and ensure you clicked all the way through the sign up.

**NOTE**: If volunteers do not register in advance, they must complete registration day-of at our front desk before being allowed to volunteer. This is done individually and is a very slow process, so please try to get registered before the event!
