It is my pleasure to announce to you all that the Advanced Sanitation Conference will be an occasion on which both the Food Drug and Cosmetic Division of ASQ and Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) will be able to provide continuing education hours/re-certification hours to participants. It is with your collaboration that we will be able to provide these opportunities and to bring together quality and innovation with a strong foundation of food safety through the Alliance for Advanced Sanitation.
