Webinar Topic: How to improve workforce reliability by
understanding human cognitive behavior.

The human cognitive brain plays a big role when we are on the
manufacturing shop floor. Our team members and entire support staff
process a lot of information and sometimes make 6-8 decisions a minute
when performing a job at a station. We will share some tactics about how
we elevate the need to make so many decisions and utilize our cognitive
brain for reasoning and problem-solving rather than deciphering
information to take decisions.
