Harald Wilhelm, is part of IATF AISBL Executive Leadership Team and brings deep expertise in automotive quality and industry collaboration. Before leading IATF AISBL, he served as Vice President of Quality Products and Services at AIAG, where he played a key role in advancing quality initiatives across the global automotive supply chain. His experience, leadership, and long-standing involvement in IATF activities position him to lead the organization with a strong vision for the future.

Through his engagement with the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), he has supported initiatives that strengthen supply chain integrity, quality standards, and cross-industry cooperation. Thomas A. Stewart is a respected manufacturing technologist, quality systems architect, and industry thought leader with more than 40 years of experience in automotive and industrial manufacturing. His career has been defined by a consistent focus on integrating manufacturing processes, metrology, statistical methods, and advanced analytics into cohesive, standards‑based quality systems.
Mr. Stewart is widely known for his leadership at Q‑DAS Inc., where he served as President from 1998 to 2017. Under his leadership, Q‑DAS became a global supplier of statistical analysis software for major automotive OEMs and suppliers. He co‑authored numerous corporate specifications on Measurement System Analysis, Machine and Process capability, as well as SPC, and played a key role in developing AQDEF (Advanced Quality Data Exchange Format) as an industry standard for structured quality data exchange.
Following the acquisition of Q‑DAS, Mr. Stewart founded Dynamic QS LLC, where he is Managing Partner. Through its flagship platform iNDEQS, he continues to advance the AI‑augmented integration of SPC, process optimization, and predictive quality management, helping manufacturers move from intuition‑based decisions to data‑driven, Advanced Process Control.
