Join us on Monday, March 31st, when Mica Howard will present "Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement." Additionally, she will discuss the CI program she created for her organization, entitled Process Optimization Program (POP). Mica started a new CI team at Navitus and found the organization to be too immature for a full Lean Six Sigma belt training class. Thus, she created POP to help develop a Continuous Improvement mindset across her organization. Mica has also developed other methods for helping foster a CI culture across the organization.
About the Speaker: Mica Howard is the ASQ Dayton section chair. Mica holds certifications in Green, Black, and Master Black Belts in Lean Six Sigma. Mica is a Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement at Navitus Health Solutions and also holds a certification as a CI Manager. Mica also had a Master's in Organization Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.
