Michelle Penning
|
Michele Penning grew up in the Midwest and started her career as an analyst for a Children's Hospital Foundation where she obtained her Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certifications after falling in love with process. She moved to Florida with her husband and son in 2014 where she has worked for PSCU (Financial Services) and Power Design Inc (Construction) continuing on to obtain her Six Sigma Black Belt and Change Management Practitioner certification. She is passionate about the people in the process and finding new ways to solve old problems.

Paul Lulgjuraj
|
Paul Lulgjuraj is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with more than 25 years of experience driving culture change and breakthrough performance across financial services, energy, and manufacturing at organizations such as JP Morgan Chase, NextEra Energy and General Dynamics.
Paul attended the University of Michigan and Florida State University and holds a BSME and MSIE. Paul has held executive and leadership roles—including Director of Technical Operations, Director of Productivity, and Vice President of Engineering, and Vice President of Operational Excellence—where he has built high‑performing teams, developed organizational capability, and delivered measurable business results.

Dean Davis
|
Dean V. Davis received a B.A degree with a major in Chemistry, Magna Cum Laude from Kansas Wesleyan College in Salina, Kansas. He subsequently received a Ph. D. in Analytical Chemistry from Purdue University. He joined the Analytical Chemistry Group of the Unocal Science & Technology Division located at the corporate R&D facility in Brea, California after graduation.
Dean stayed there for 15 years. He worked for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California for two years in their district analytical research lab. While there he developed a unique analytical method for studying methyl-tertiarybutylether (MTBE), a reformulated gasoline additive, and its polar metabolites in water at very low levels. He has published thirteen papers and given many presentations on analytical chemistry. He has also authored well over 100 proprietary publications on analytical technology.
He moved to Bartlesville and joined Applied Automation as an R&D Engineer. At Applied Automation he was responsible for investigating industrial uses for a newly invented FTICR mass spectrometry instrument product. As the project leader, Dean pursued investigations that included specification development, beta site testing, and application feasibility studies. He currently individually or jointly holds six patents related to this technology. He was promoted to the quality manager of the Bartlesville and Houston Siemens Analytical Products & Solutions facilities. As quality manager he was responsible for tracking, auditing and continuous improvement of quality. He also relentlessly collects quality data and customer feedback which he uses to better match customer requirements and expectations with the products and services provided by the Analytical Products & Solutions business. For 2 years he served as member of the Oklahoma Quality Award examiner team.
After retiring from Siemens, he became a certified lead auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and joined QAI training part time where he taught online courses in these three areas to over 1000 students. He stopped working and became fully retired 2 years ago.
