Hosted by Tedd Snyder and friends

If you had the good fortune to know Walter, you will likely recall he would grace us almost every year by facilitating an engaging section meeting. If you did not get to meet Walter, make sure you ask those who did because once you met Walter, you never forgot him. Though Walter physically left us July 28, 2021, he lives on in all the mentoring he gave. We are planning this section meeting to remind us of What Would Walter Do? Maybe we can find a spark of our own recalling the joy and energy Walter brought to his engagement with others.

Bring your E game. Or improve your E game.

Do this by thinking about how you can change the energy, enthusiasm, or experience you bring to the group. To drive engagement, (your E game), this is what Walter did. He was not afraid to put himself on the edge and entertain.

Heads up: This session will be best experienced with engagement. Side effects may be laughter, insight, and good conversation. Cast aside any tendency you have for passivity.

Two takeaways from the session:

Shake off some inhibitions and increase your capacity to engage with your coworkers, customers and colleagues sharing your knowledge and experience - WWWD; What Would Walter Do?

Practice using a few techniques or tools with your fellow section members getting some insight from each other on applications.
