Abstract: Typically, when we think about Management Systems, we think about having a set of KPIs, Goals and Metrics. We seem to focus on inputs and outputs of production processes; and our key processes we have defined to be successful. For us to get the most out of our management system, we also need to build soft skill techniques into our program to enhance the value-added return. Let’s have a chat about soft skills impact to your management systems and the essential soft skills that are critical to be successful.
About the Presenter: Ms. Turner is a Senior Business Development Manager at EAGLE Certification Group. She joined EAGLE in 2007 and is responsible for the development of new business for EAGLE’s ISO and GFSI standards/schemes certification programs. Her goal is to drive new business and develop value-added relationships to foster client growth. One of the ways Nancy accomplishes this is through active participation in industry specific trade shows and presentations to groups. She also plays an important role in developing and maintaining relationships with independent consultants who provide consulting services for system development and implementation for a service that EAGLE provides.
Nancy’s dedication to exceeding client expectations enables her to build solid, long- term partnerships; she further uses this passion in mentoring members of the business development team to continually build bench strength. Ms. Berger truly strives to share her knowledge and love of delighting clients with the business development team. Nancy’s success at EAGLE is attributed to her nearly 30 years of business development and customer service experience. Prior to joining EAGLE, she was employed with Whiteford Foods as a Customer Service Manager. She managed their GFS Vendor Involvement Team and helped earn the company the GFS Vendor Involvement Process (VIP) Award six consecutive years.
