Abstract
AI-Powered Six Sigma: Accelerating DMAIC explores how AI tools can help quality professionals accelerate work across the Six Sigma DMAIC framework—Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control—a structured and proven approach for solving problems and improving processes. Using a simple fictional café case study, this session will demonstrate how tools like ChatGPT and Claude can support common DMAIC deliverables such as VOC analysis, process mapping, data collection planning, root cause analysis, and improvement ideas. The session is practical, realistic, and focused on how AI can save time, improve clarity, and support better project work without replacing professional judgment.
