Abstract:
The most recent generation entering the global workforce is Generation Z. They are bringing a new perspective to the workplace and employers are struggling to recruit or retain them. Soon, these young associates will start moving into quality management roles. It is important for us to understand this generation and what opportunities they bring to the table. This presentation will provide an overview of Generation Z and discuss best practices for how to engage them.
