Sean Keyani is a program management and operations-quality professional with extensive experience in aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has led cross-functional teams in program execution, MRO, product development, and quality assurance, ensuring efficiency and compliance in complex engineering environments.
With a background in engineering and business management, Sean has contributed to large-scale projects, focusing on risk management, process optimization, cost efficiency, and CRM strategies. His research includes the role of AI and digital transformation across several industries, particularly AI’s impact on quality assurance and operational improvement.
As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ASQ-certified Quality Engineer (CQE, CMQ/OE), Sean has played a key role in continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning. In addition to his industry work, he also delivers lectures on business topics, sharing his expertise to help develop the next generation of professionals and leaders.
