principle, can lead to an easily applicable, effective, and leadership-supported

program.
n June 2020, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) Criminal Division published updated guidelines for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate compliance programs. Attendees will gain an understanding of how lean and six sigma concepts may be utilized to assess whether their policies and procedures align with the
#DOJ
guidelines.
