I'm excited to be speaking at the World Conference on Quality and Improvement (WCQI) 2026 in Orlando this May.
Here's what I'll be diving into:
Most organizations achieve compliance, but very few achieve sustainable quality. Because outcomes aren't driven by systems, processes, or checklists alone. They are shaped by culture - how people think, act, and respond when it truly matters and this is exactly where quality is evolving. Newer ISO standards are moving beyond documented conformity, placing clear emphasis on leadership, behavior, and organizational culture as real drivers of performance.
In this session, I'll focus on:
- How culture quietly shapes whether systems actually succeed
- Simple, practical ways to spot and measure cultural signals
- How to make audits reflect real behavior, not just compliance
When?
Where?
I'd love to see you there, and if you enjoy good quality conversations, come say hi after.
Let's move from checking boxes to building systems that actually work!
