Most of the certification bodies conduct virtual audits because of the COVID pandemic to fulfill the certification requirements of the certified companies. I feel in this type of assessments auditors have a bigger role to play to make the audit an effective one as the auditor is not physically present at the location or premises. I like to have a sound discussion with other experts on this matter.
