    This was a really fun issue to work on. The cover story article offers several examples of how analytics can be improved by looking at problems with an artistic eye. The bottom line is that the right and left brains work better together. That, and much more. Check out the November issue of QP.

    I agree, the Right Brain and Left Brain contrasts resonated with me.  I learned something new about the significance of how A3 documents are organized.


    I also gained substantial appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work that goes into the creation and evolution of an ASQ certification.  The SMEs who work behind the scenes are among the unsung heroes of ASQ.
