The current version of ISO 9001 may no longer align with the current needs of its users and their interested parties. The good news is that your QMS still can meet ISO 9001 requirements while also responding to the present context surrounding your organization and its strategic goals. It may just take some adjusting to ensure that it’s still relevant and effective. It’s time to overhaul your QMS.
