    Shewhart control chart

    Because it is the most powerful tool for data analysis and there is no alternatives to this tool

    I have used Pareto charts more than any other quality tool. They help you understand where and when defects occur, types of defects, how many defects, and so on. They are easy to understand and create for the average person, a must for any good quality tool. They are easily created in Excel.

    Activity Network Diagram! Being able to illustrate activities that can be done in parallel can help estimate overall time estimates and keep all key players in sync and on track.
