Overview & Oversight of Kanban Systems, When Was The Last Time You Pushed On A Rope?
Kanban is often called the most misused Japanese word in the English language. This talk will touch first on the basics of Pull and Kanban and then the importance of keeping an eye on the system itself. As Mark Twain said, “Put all your Eggs in one basket and you keep an eye on that basket." We will end with the opportunity to ask questions and have a discussion about how you are using Pull and Kanban and to talk about any struggles you are having.
