    • Abstract:
        • Many people talk about value... about Value Streams, Value Flows, the continuous delivery of value.

        • But what does ‘value’ actually mean? Technically?

        • And what is the best simple way, to take action, to actually improve value for our customers?

        • I. The Story of Value: "the flow of value" is a metaphor. So what is the real story about value-to-customers?

        • II. What is Value? Technically? And is there an international Standard, for Value Discovery and Delivery? A global best practice, for New Product Development?

        • III. So how can we "do better" at delivering more value, to our customers?
    • Bio: Richard Zultner has used Quality Function Deployment (QFD) since its introduction to the US in the mid-1980s.
        • He has been trained by Dr. Yoji Akao and Bob King in this quality system for assuring customer satisfaction.

        • He received the International Akao QFD Prize in 1998 for his work in Software QFD, and was selected as one of only two QFD Red Belts(R) (highest level) in 2000
