BIO:
Ricardo Martinez is a management consultant and adjunct professor. He has served as a Senior-level leader for Toyota and General Motors. Mr. Martinez possesses an extensive record of human engagement, leadership, and results. He has utilized innovative practices to support organizational performance, while fostering respect and service, the pursuit of excellence, team engagement, and improving safety standards. He has demonstrated analytical skills while leading and developing high-performing teams for complex organizations. Mr. Martinez has a Masters of Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University.
