About our Speaker: Norma S. Simons, President of Performance Innovation LLC., passionately believes in and is committed to providing companies with effective solutions that yield bottom-line results. She has worked with advised and consulted with all size companies including many Fortune 500 companies and has, individually, coached many of their top executives. She has a bachelors degree in General Sciences and a Masters in Industrial engineering.
Regarding her own certifications, Norma is a member of the ASQ (American Society of Quality), a Certified Quality Engineer, a Certified Reliability Engineer, and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. In addition, she has received the distinguished recognition as ASQ Fellow. She currently volunteers as Chair-Elect for the Education Division and has published and delivered presentation on Quality and Education.
Norma has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, in addition to degrees, from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica, in Natural Sciences and Education. At present. She is pursuing a PhD in Education at Walden University.
